A kickboxer from Britain has been named by police forces in Thailand as the prime suspect in a fatal knife attack. Following a lightning strike, a Colombian passenger jet has crashed, killing one of the passengers on board and injuring 114, it has been reported. The flight – which was travelling from Bogota into the Caribbean resort island of San Adres – crashed short of the runway. At the time of the crash, locals had reported lightning and heavy winds.
